A reminder from the syllabus of what is the expected goal of the blog this fall:
I will also be sharing new items and interesting blog posts from around the web that illustrate the topics for the week or to provide follow-up from our class discussions and lecture.
If you ever have questions about what is an appropriate topic or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me, visit me during office hours or drop me a line!

A reminder from the syllabus of what is the expected goal of the blog this fall:
"An important element of contemporary political science is engagement with the larger policy community. To achieve this, we will be maintaining a class blog in which each student will make two blog posts about issues currently facing the continent. A list of good news, policy and academic sources will be provided for students to find sources for their posts. In addition, for those who are shy, you can earn key participation points by commenting on blog entries. You will sign up for specific dates to blog during class."
